The study of Ballet is the foundation for every form of dance. It is a classical dance form characterized by grace and precision of movement and by elaborate formal gestures, steps, and poses. Dancers develop self-discipline, poise, controlled body, grace, strength and stamina. They also learn technique, rhythm, vocabulary, and Balletic form.
