Zumba is a style of intense
dance-aerobics workout
with pulsating Latin music.
Appropriate for al levels of fitness.

You can register at any time,
Tuition Fee will be prorated

Forget Soccer or Karate Class, Get Them Involved in the Kids Zumba Program!

Today's kids spend less and less time exercising and more time watching TV or playing computer
games. It's essential that parents get them involved in an exercise program that is fun.

The benefits of the Kids Zumba classes are:
• Learning steps of many popular dances, such as
salsa, hip hop, merengue, reggaeton, cumbia,
and many more.
• Getting rid of excess body fat. If your child is
just not getting enough exercise, get them
involved in Zumba class!
In Zumba class the kids are sweating
a lot, so they need to bring a towel,
a bottle of water, wear loose fitting
clothing and sneakers or dance shoes
that are comfortable but without a lot
of tread (excessive tread will get in
the way of doing a dance moves).
